"The best hotel that I have ever stayed"

"Another wonderful stay at The Reverie Saigon! This is my third time staying here in two years and it is one of my favourite hotels in Asia, however, no one seemed to know that I had stayed multiple times. I believe it would have been nice touch to see the appreciation of my loyalty returned with an acknowledgement that I have stayed multiple times. I would have thought a hotel of this caliber would have this information in advance and inform the staff. Even a personalized note saying welcome...

"Overall service was excellent. However, there are just 2 restaurants. While only 1 serve dinner during weekday. The restaurant name steak and bone, yet there isn’t really steak. It seems to be over price. I stay at floor 11 (closely highest floor) below either fountain or kids water play ground and it is so noisy at night. I was told that it will turn off at night, but all night long can hear the water that comes can’t sleep well. Another thing, the room temp can be set @22C. But it is so...

"What made this hotel stand out was the staff and their attention to have an answer for you. I felt like they understood your concerns and took whatever steps for you to feel welcomed and taken care of."

"Lacks seating in room. No sofa or arm chair. The wifi connection in our room had an issue. The staff refused to accept that it was an issue with their hardware and kept insisting it was an issue with our own devices. It was very frustrating. We had to proof to them that it was their hardware that was the problem. Had to show them that my work laptop and handphone as well as my personal devices like my handphone and iPad all couldn’t connect in the room but could connect to their WiFi in the...

"Millionaire experience I travel for experiences. If it’s good food or adventure, I love hospitality. As far as hotels, New World is my favorite. It starts at the door and continues through the staff that operates as a team. I’m always amazed how I feel like an MVP when I enter the door at New World hotel Mr Quok’s concierge team is fabulous. After this trip, I made a point to get everyone’s name that had treated me the best that I’ve ever been treated, at a hotel. Thank you! Concierge...

"Extend pool hours until later at night."

"We LOVED Amarou! The rooms are a little small, but considering you’re going to be venturing around everywhere, that’s not a big deal. They beautifully designed this hotel, and because it’s newer, it’s very clean! Breakfast, tea time, and laundry is included at no cost, which we LOVED! They also have a gym, sauna, and pool up in the top floor. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, I can’t say enough good things about this place. I have high standards for hotels and this exceeded them!...

"The villa we stayed at was spacious and beautiful. The staff were amazing. The food, especially the breakfast was delicious."
