"Room was a little outdated."

"My room had toenails on the floor and the tv when moved had crumbs underneath, the beds were clean but everything else was in poor condition. The pool had the floor coming up and the hot tub was not as warm as it should have been. When letting the front desk know about my dirty room that advised that the housekeeping was too busy to vacuum…I will never stay there again "

"They gave us a room that maintenance was actively working on. The A/C unit was torn apart and the dresser drawers were scattered around the room. They did get us a new room but we had already unloaded all of our belongings and had to move all of our stuff to the opposite side of the hotel. Which is a lot of stuff when you have a 2 year old."

"AC wasn't very good - I think the hotel was in a transition of winter to summer about the AC"

"Your add say breakfast is included but there was a $15 charge added if you wanted breakfast. Only microwave we found was on the ground floor & really needed to be cleaned,"
