"We didn't mind how small our room was as we were only going to be there for one night. But bed was not standard double and was also very soft. So made for an uncomfortable night by both of us. We were also awoken by an argument which ended up becoming violent. Called night manager who came very quickly to sort it, then came back as more complaints and the occupants left within 20 minutes. "Location was great to visit the Niece who is studying nearby and to head into Cardiff for the rugby. Public transport is well placed - a bus stop nearby took us into Pontypridd for parkrun and also the Trehafod train station for getting to Cardiff. We are at the restaurant and the food was delicious and highly recommend. Staff were welcoming and friendly. "
