Farmstay in Southland

"Avoid!!! I was flying from USA and my flight was cancelled. Delayed for 12 hours. Despite having 18 hours difference I tried to email and call the property to cancel reservation. Agents were not helpful by saying that they can't cancel it. Have to wait for the manager or resolve through 3d party (as reservation was made). Really? I tried to resolve with the 3d party as well and noone was willing to assist with the refund. Not even partial. You are probably safe to book with them if you are local not flying from other countries. "

"The shower curtain was too short, bathroom flooded during each shower. The sign suggesting "don't flood the bathroom" won't work in the current configuration. The laundry power was off at 8:30 pm - that's fine, but was not back on until 9:00 am - with a check out at 10, there really isn't time to do laundry on your day of check out. Clean room and helpful staff."

"The hotel is located very near tue center of Queenstown. The staff were friendly. Parking is hard sometimes on the street so I do recommend paying for hotel parking. "

"Clean room, nice hotel 15 min walk from town. Roof terrace with the lake views is only open for events. That was a bit dissapointed. "
