"The room was good. But it was way too hot, we had to turn the aircon on to sleep. This is in the middle of winter and it’s freezing outside. The room also had a lot of noise from pipes and their heating system. bed needs upgraded as it’s hard."

"Note this apartment is self serve. There is no reception and communication with the hotel is poor. The owner/manager is quite rude and short in communication making any request for information difficult, including threatening to clamp our car tires and questioning our capability to read when we were unable to locate basic information on the property, which should be in the hotel compendium. The heater was patchy and there is no laundry on site. We asked for late check out, which was ignored....
