"Our room had a smell, the room needed some upgrades. The pool was good no bathroom close by and it was inconvenience to get to the pool as we had to walk outside from our room to access the pool usually you can walk through the hotel to access the pool. The hotel property was clean, the price was decent but would look elsewhere next time and pay more to have a nicer room!"

The kids loved the pool and the slide however, I don’t think the staff maintains the poolside area as well as the rest of the property as my son cut himself on a loose filter and when needing to use the washroom, it was beyond disgusting and smelt worse than a port o potty. Also, with people splashing around the pool slide, I definitely noticed severe pool drainage issues which was something to take note on to keep up with...

"The staff and hotel were good. My complaints are the area felt very sketchy. The Macdonald’s and circle k located infront of the hotel didn’t feel safe at all. Also our air conditioning was broken. After 2 complaints they moved us. Sadly the second room on the 22nd floor was even hotter. They came and checked the air conditioner. You would have to shut it on and off to “reset” it. Sadly the reset only worked for 12 min and then it would go back to fan mode. It was horrible to try to...

"We checked in with Dan at the front desk. He was very helpfull, knowledgeable about the area, and personable. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job. Our room was always clean when we came back at night. I have to mention the two staff that worked in the kitchen for the complementary breakfast. They kept to the place clean, tables were always wiped, and the food was always restocked. They did a great job! I would definitely stay at this hotel again"
