This was our second time staying here. Once with our grandkids and this time just the 2 of us. We enjoyed both times. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the breakfast is great, the rooms are spacious and it is close to the beach and Southport. You do have to drive to both but it’s not bad at all. And just fyi Caswell beach still offers free parking at their one beach access.

10/10 — Highly Recommend! I had a great experience staying here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. All of the staff had great attitudes and wonderful personalities. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. The breakfast was great, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel is also in a great location, which made everything very convenient. Overall, I had an excellent stay and would absolutely come back again!

Enjoyed the staff and property. Close to Southport and the coast yet close to local restaurants not just “resort” priced restaurants. Breakfast was ok but not many fruit offerings and items weren’t always refilled in a timely manner.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices. I will say that the pillows were not great. Very flat. Having a variety of pillow thicknesses would be a great improvement. We pointed out to the desk clerk upon our departure that there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom that needed to be addressed. The door lock didn’t consistently unlock with the keycard. Several attempts were often necessary.
