"The A/C made the room feel sticky and humid, no proper ventilation in my opinion, it was basically a fan attached to the side of the wall, could tell it was old because every time it came on it released a weird smell, also the pillows were not that comfortable, very bland, no neck support, made sleeping pretty rough…but other than that everything else was great"

"Have to wait more than 2 hours for shuttle after I call for many times, they make you feel like it was your fault when we were in the correct place. "What a disaster. I booked two rooms for 4 women. Somehow my husbands name was on one room and mine on another. They would not allow me to access that room because my husband was not present. It took 3 hours and multiple calls to Expedia before the hotel accepted that the two rooms were paid for and I should not have to pay for a third room.
