"I've added a star because we are not the intended target for this chain. We were there for a 2 night weekend visit to family. Their customer base is for longer term stays so that the amenities in the hotel (refrigerator, cooking facilities, kitchen sink, etc.) are meant for them whereas I'd have preferred everyday housekeeping. "The type of room we booked wasn’t available at check-in. The hotel didn’t bother to notify us but did manage to send us an email about the parking fee. The hotel did put us in another type of room, but the sense was the hotel staff knew we couldn’t cancel. If we did we’d lose our money, so take it or leave it."

"No receipt was given to me when I had to check out early. We got there and there was a sign smoking 25ft from the door and someone was smoking next to the door and well as in there room on the third floor. Was kept up from running foot steps from the floor above me. Shower had a used soap and toothpick on top."

"A hidden gem. Beautiful, clean rooms, fluffy clean sheets, new towels, hard wood floors, we also got a private balcony. A speaker in the room is a nice touch, the staff was nice. Front desk doesn't answer the phone sometimes if they're busy but they call right back. Would stay here again! "

Very impressed with the super prompt and helpful text communications with the hotel. And loved the Jura machine with coffee beans locally sourced via ATX’s own Texas Coffee Traders!"

"Every staff member was polite and helpful. The rooms were very nice and spacious with a kitchen that was stocked with dishes and anything necessary to make a meal. There is a full size refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop. A breakfast buffet is available daily, with a wide variety of options. We found the location convenient. You can get downtown in 20 minutes."
