"Train noise constantly wakes you up at night. Hard to get to Texas medical center without fighting traffic. Hear footsteps from above room. TV was dish and signal would go out on occasion or pixelate due to clouds blocking it. Internet worked but periodically would lose SSID and not be able to connect. Good tmobile coverage. "The description of the hotel is not truth. It is not in galleria area. The area is unsafe, people were playing music loud without any restriction from one of the room. The park area was dirty and dark, unsafe area in general. They didn’t let me cancel the reservation when I saw the condition of the hotel. Really bad answer in the front desk nothing by phone too.
