Hotel Red Lion di Houston

"Everything clean"

"Hotel was recently refurbished. Elevator and ice machines do not work. Booked a room with jacuzzi tub - that apparently doesn’t exist. Still advertising jacuzzi rooms on their website. No reduction in the price for the higher room rate charged, just given a standard room. Staff were pleasant but could not offer a resolution and could not reach the Manager by phone, mid afternoon.
