I walked in and there were roaches EVERYWHERE! THEY WERE ON THE BED, EVERYWHERE! I turned around an walked out. Just took the loss and stayed in my car. I will give them this much, the staff was very friendly.
Very unsafe property with individuals doing drugs in the parking lot. Room was very unclean with pest control problems.

Lots of lewd activities.
We arrived at signature in roughly about 8pm. Immediately noticed it looked like a dive motel. The property was very well manicured, but lots of drug activity and strippers from the strip club right around the corner. Checked out the next morning after waking up to NO WATER to shower or wash our face. Would definitely not recommend this motel.
Do not stay here! Not a safe place to stay at all!!

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The rooms are good…but too much goes on on the property like young men and women hanging out… loud music playing in the lot and rooms also constantly random drivers sitting in the parking lot and plenty of weed in the air.
It's very clean. I stumbled on to this place while desperately searching for cheaper options, and I'm impressed. It's all absolutely amazing for price. Was paying 525 per week until I found this place. 150 bucks cheaper per week than most places I've been to. I definitely recommend.
The stay was nice just a lot of rift raft and couples arguing and fighting all hours of the day, you can hear right through the walls and if your on the bottom floor you can hear the people walking, it was really hard to sleep during the day after working a 12 hour shift because there’s so much commotion, people hang out all hours of the night smoking and drinking as well.
First room that was given smelled so badly and was so grimy that we had to ask for a second room. The clerk said there was no other rooms. Then when we said we were leaving, they found another room. The second room was equally bad. At that point, we ended up cancelling the stay and going to find another hotel.

Spend the extra $20-30on a real hotel that is safe. I paid $70 thinking this was going to be an okay place but nope- it not safe. It felt like being in a ghetto project apartment. There are families that live in the property and they are loud and always outside yelling and fighting. Also they were playing music and yelling, arguing, banging doors until 3:00am this was a weekday not a Friday or Saturday. I didn’t get much sleep. Also the room had cockroaches.
I checked in on a Monday at 11pm, expecting things to be quiet as a church. Instead it was like New Year's Eve. Over by the dumpster there was a couple drinking and dancing to a boombox. The guy "sleeping" next door to me was loudly playing the same song on repeat all night long. This was not the kind of hotel where you go knock on their door and ask them to turn down the music or call the manager. This was the kind of place where you cover your head with pillows and pray you don't take bedbugs home with you. And consider writing a will. When I walked into my room, I was overcome with the smell of marijuana so strongly I though I was gonna wake up high the next morning. The smell of marijuana was not confined just to my room however. It was strong outside as well. People roamed about aimlessly. There's no doubt in my mind people (plural) have OD'd in this hotel and probably the room I was in. I can't help but think my neighbor playing the same song on repeat until 5am was catatonic from a strong dose of fentanyl and incapacitated from turning down the volume. I didn't see or hear any dogs, but there were impressive piles of dog excrement everywhere. Nobody broke into my car while I was there, so miracles do happen. Bugs everywhere. This place rivaled a dump I stayed at in Corpus Christi 30 years ago when I was broke. I would NEVER stay in this dump again.
What was expected to be a safe & restful layover turned to be a nightmare. People are so loud until late night/ am.
The window was ajar and couldn’t get closed; staff was useless. Couldn’t sleep at all
Description mentioned free breakfast ; doesn’t exist and once again, staff was helpless & rude.
They lied about literally everything including the breakfast. They do not serve any breakfast in the hotel even when it’s written on their page. My first room had hair all over had to change room, the new room had cockroach in it could not even have my bath before I left the hotel completely.
The site on Expedia said they serve breakfast that was a down fall. And on my last day the person next to me had loud music. But front desk moved me right away to a better room. And my last night was very peaceful. God will I'll be there again soon.
