"They don't clean room daily. I had nice clean room at #118 room. But there was a loose tile on the floor by bathroom door. I told manager about it. The maid told me that someone will come and fix it. But manager decided to move me from #118 room to #120 room. It is better. Then saw dirty and bugs ..."
