"This apartment is located in a lovely area of Mansfield. From the moment we booked this place we have had great communication with the company. Secure car park and all the amenities for self catering. A great little place. The apartment needs a little TLC in areas but it’s definitely worth its money. "

"Overall stay was good, but will be ask for a £50 pending deposit but will be explained before entering the room about the use of entrance and room keys what the deposit is used for due to previous guest getting keys muddled up with the wrong doors and having to call a locksmith. The host explained the use of the shower by using a switch to get hot water and explained about just flushing toilet paper in the bowl instead of any sanitary products that may affect the deposit. "What a joke! The hotel cancelled on me right before we were due to stay because of an apparent leak. I think managed to book a different hotel at twice the price as it was so last minute. Hucknall house has now blocked my phone number and I still am waiting for a refund. "
