"I ordered the “celebration” package for an extra 50$ And was expecting a bottle of champagne (based upon the picture) flowers, and local cupcakes. I got the cupcakes, (cool), no flowers, and two glasses-ish of sparkling prosecco in splits. When I spoke to the front desk, they acknowledged I should have had flowers, and stated “I’ll see what I can do”…
I was very disappointed. It was me and my gf’s anniversary and that was pretty amateurish.
I did get the flowers, (hours late) which was nice,...

"Garbage on floor in room that wasn’t mine, white spots on floor, carpets in room and hallways were filthy. No elevator for ADA customer to access up stairs. Couldn’t hear night shift staff even after asking her to speak up. Refused to help after concerns of how the room looked. Ac/heater made horrible loud noise all night and didn’t cool the room.
Breakfast was a standard breakfast but either burnt or over cooked. Morning staff had music so loud could understand him or talk amount selves and...

"Room was squeaky clean, check in was easy and pleasant, and I loved the breakfast bar. Plenty of good amenities in the room and info in the entry about local events. It was really nice having snack options to purchase and hot drinks available all day. I appreciated that the selection of teas included a caffeine free option. I was in town for a race and chose this hotel for its walkability to the starting area, but I would definitely stay again to vacation."
