Through this letter, I kindly request that this matter be investigated and that the necessary measures be taken to improve hygiene and pest control within the hotel facilities. "The room was very nice, but sparse - no "work desk" and no "USB" ports for electronic equipment. When plugging in A/C adapters in the wall outlets, they fell out so that there was no power. The dehumidifier filled up within 2 hours - not being familiar with this equipment, we called front desk asking for assistance. We waited in the room. After about 45-60 minutes, I went to front desk to ask again for what to do about the "EMPTY" message on the dehumidifies. A male at the desk was quite rude. Eventually, we did get a house maintenance person that came and emptied the unit. We had to do it again about 2 hours later, as well as the next morning. The separate freezer unit from the fridge was a welcome amenity - not found that before in our travels."
