"Staff that we encountered were all nice. Took away a star for two reasons: the elevators and the countless fees (which all downtown properties have....I just think they are dumb). There are 3 elevators for an 18 story hotel. And they go from the lobby....through all parking levels.....and up to each floor. We waited forever for these things. It became super annoying and I was over it quickly. The great things were the omelet bar, the bartender was excellent (so personable) and they had N/A Beer which we appreciated very much. It was nice to park in an attached garage but $40 a night? Not sure about that. Beds were comfortable. Not so great? The frosted glass barn door on the toilet and shower room. The toilet and shower being in the same room. The mini fridge had no freezer. Very small. Bay view is exactly as pictured. We could see water, but not close. It was ok. If you like downtown hospitals and are accustomed to the fees, etc. it was nice."
