"This place should not even be advertised. I was given a room called non-smoking, and it smelled of old, stale smoke. On top of that I woke up during the night and the smell had gotten worse. I tried calling the front desk and only got "your call cannot be completed..." The walls are thin - in fact there was a hole in the wall of the bathroom - and I could hear everything from the next room. I got up early in the morning to shower and leave and found a roach in the tub. I would rather sleep in...

"Safety is not a priority for them. I had someone who claimed to be from the front desk who tried to get information about me, whether I was alone, who else was there, etc. I reported it to the hotel who said no one called. But they brushed it off as no big deal and wouldn't take me seriously. 30 minutes late someone tried to get into my room. Again called the front desk. Wasn't taken seriously. Had to call the police and got them to stay in site while I packed my stuff and left. I asked to get...

"The bedding was stained and has cigarette burns in it. The room smelt like stale cigarettes. I’m pretty sure I asked for a smoke free room. Shower curtain was moldy"

"I had a late evening checkin. Upon arrival the doors were locked and no one was at the window because staff was “working out” I was then told there was no internet to check my reservation. And asked if I could provide My Personal Hotspot to give him access to the internet. Even after all that, I was given a room that smelled of smoke (requested non smoking), the shower head leaked all night, the smoke detector was broke off the wall & stains on the “white” sheets and towels"
