"This was one of the best Hotel I have stayed in Houston great customer service clean studio rooms it was great that you can cook gated community the room was quiet no loud music stores are near but there is a deposit after 3 days of 100.00 and feedback I was locked out my key scan but somehow the latch from the in side was engaged when I stepped out I pushed and couldn’t get in I left my phone because I checked my key and it worked before left the room was able to get back in the hotel I asked a couple I saw use her phone we call the number for lock out left messages no one answer or call back I was stranded hoping to get back in couldn’t get back I called until maintenance came may after hours should be implemented in the event someone has an emergency or flight if this is a model of and apartment may be have concierge it alarming not knowing if your key don’t work or you get locked out your stuck out your room for hours no one answers the phone was told that security service would be available at 10pm until staff come at 9 am but other than that was a great place to stay very nice hotel very nice and friendly staff and amenities"

"By far the best property to stay at in the area for the money. Beds are super comfortable, the hotel is clean and very inviting. Only downfall is you have to pay for self parking, but considering what you make up for inside the hotel, it makes it worth it."
