The property was clean, and presented well, but absolutely no warmth. The bell staff was excellent, the front desk seemed to be on their phones for the most part. Hotel 43

Red Lion Hotel Boise Downtowner
A few things to point out that irked my hospitality side. Don't bother leaving the do not disturb sign off your door because housekeeping won't check in during your 3 night stay. We had absolutely no problems with anything from step 1 to leaving.. it was our first time dealing with a total automated system... and I dont see how you could make it any easier than Kasa has it
