"Breakfast was excellent. Parking was ample. Very satisfied."

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, no complaints! By the time I got to breakfast at 8 am the garbage was overflowing and it was messy. I assume they didn't have staff overseeing it. I can't comment on breakfast as I only had coffee & yogurt but it was only typical. I wouldn't stay here again based on 2 things. The overall condition and the front desk staff person. The condition in general was a little sub par. The grounds outside looked like overgrown weeds. The wood furniture in the room was fairly beat up. The blackout curtain had several small holes. There was quite a bit of mold at the bottom of the glass shower door. Importantly, the outside door on our side of the bldg that should've remained locked, was not. It looked broken. The person that checked me in never made eye contact let alone gave a smile after I interrupted her from her laptop. Never told me about any of the amenities or wifi (password). Simply perfunctory and nothing more. After finding out that one of our key cards didn't work we went back to the desk and stood in front of her while she was looking at her phone. After waiting a several moments I finally, quietly, said "excuse me" before she responded. The stay was ok but there are so many comparatively priced hotels in the area I plan to try a different one next time."

"Parking was easy and convenient. Room needs some major updates. Bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast not much to say, other than we went somewhere else to eat."

"This place was wonderful from the start. I was very impressed at the hotel staff & how incredible they were but 3 weeks into my 1 month stay they knocked on my door I was asleep and other person in my rm was in shower. thought they heard a dog bark & came into my rm wo permission. They told me they heard dog & had to leave. I still had 9 days left paid for. They searched rm I had no dog then next day went to turn in towels to get clean ones i was informed for the first time I was not allowed new towels n sheets while I stayed I would have to pay an extra 19.99 per mo but I was never informed of that upon both times I checked into this hotel this last yr. They were extremely rude to me so much I was afraid to ask for toilet paper. I paid over 1500 dollars to stay at this place to be treated like a second hand citizen. Then upon check out today now kind u I asked upon check in even stayed in my reservations that I needed extra time to check out between 12-1 it was approved in the iteneraey clearly yet they were knocking on my door telling me to leave at 11. I am a 100% disabled vet of 16 yrs I have ptsd & multiple sclerosis. I move slowly some days and accounted for that upfront upon check in. This place has no common courtesy at best. What they did by coming into my room without it being an emergency i.e. screams for help a fire ect. They found no dog upon coming into my room that day twice and several times after that occurrence. Yet treated me like a criminal "

"We did not stay at this property! Our plans change due to mother-in-law having a stroke. We notified the hotel 4 days in advance to cancel the reservation and they would not give us our money back. Expedia try to help but the hotel refused to refund the money."

"The accomodations were very nice, the staff was helpful and informative, and although it was a casino, the room and hallways were quiet. We were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were also great features."
