Hotel murah di Illinois Barat Daya

"Wet carpet and a broken phone in our first room. Staff quickly moved us down the hallway to a suitable room. Our three night stay resulted in only one visit from housekeeping, but three incidents of the key cards not working and needing staff assistance to reset them. Dirty elevator with a sticky floor and broken buttons held on with scotch tape. Breakfast was plentiful and hot as promised. The lobby was clean and comfortable. Rooms were clean and what you would expect from this property level....

The bad: badly out of date decor, and color combinations, with chipping and splotchy paint throughout the room,along with a dirty floor, mold, rust in the bathroom, obvious water damage, and the exhaust fan did not work in the bathroom."

Breakfast was ok except gravy for biscuits was tasteless. Wasn’t given the WiFi password on check in…had to call back down and ask for it. I would say this was a middle of the road hotel, not the best I have ever stayed in, but certainly not the worst. Thank you."
