"Lets start with the best part, which was staff. Everybody, the people at the front desk and cleaning crew were amazing, helpfull and very friendly. They made our stay very comfortable. Now the room - pretty spacious, with comfortable bed. I wish there was an extra blanket in the room, as it was a bit on the chilly side, even after adjusting the thermostat. "We stayed in a loft suite and it was great. The top steps were a little tricky because of the way they turn to go down so if you have any balance issues it could be uncomfortable. Also no washroom upstairs so going down after dark requires lighting. Otherwise the room was clean, quiet and the bed was nice. Check in was super easy and the staff were very nice."
