"Reception was friendly Room was spacious but could be cleaner Had somw difficulties with booking and they asked me to pay while I had paid through whatif"

Breakfast not available, internet didn't work, bed was rock hard, no water pressure in the shower, had a very small head that didn't didn't cover your body with water, temperature kept fluctuating and there was banging in the walls all night. When bringing this up with staff, nothing was done about any of the isses. Stayed 3 nights, housekeeping was not done once. No clean towels suppplied. "
