"No one offered to help with my numerous bags and the luggage cart although there were several valets and I valeted my car. I waited in line for check in because there was only one attendant. My room had no refrigerator (it had been removed) Several of the electrical outlets did not work. Ice machine on floors 6, 5 and 4 were broken while 3 was out of ice. The windows were filthy and according to the grafitti drawn into the dirt (heart "J and R' 23) had not been cleaned in about 3 years. The stairways were also filthy and covered in some strange slippery dust. I went for a drink in the bar where I was the only person there but sports were on so loud, I asked if I could go outside to the patio. The patio had no cushions, was in complete disarray and filthy. Although "room service" is advertised everywhere, It is not room service. They failed to tell me that you have to go down to the bar and retrieve your food. (I learned this when I called after 45 minutes) As I was leaving, the free coffee was "out of service." A very expensive hotel that has the quality of a Motel 6."
