"So I booked a Tower Room and was given a room in a different building which was fine. The bathrooms could use some work for sure but the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The room is clean, but like I waid the bathrooms could use a renovation. My biggest issue and it is what led me to leave the rating I did, is that there were people hanging outside of both entrances of the hotel when I came in and out of my room and some guys were in the hallway having a loud conversation well after "Quiet Time" was supposed to have started. "

"Very clean, the hallway scent was bit too strong though. Enjoyed having two king beds in the room. Pool area was nice. Friendly guest services. Had a crib available for our baby. Great location near Universal properties for a fair price."

"I have two babies, this hotel is perfect for kiddos and families, i would come back millions of time, I swear is super kid friendly, and also i have never seen in any place with so much security in the pool, they hace extremely security in the pools for the kids i just feel secure there"
