"Really great all around place to stay"

"The hotel was not worth the money. You’re paying for the fast pass for Universal. The TV was ancient (in their defense they did send a flyer saying they were upgrading TVs within the next week or two, which doesn’t affect my stay). The room itself was also dated, no usb c ports, loose toilet handle, very basic all around. Housekeeping hadn’t come by 3:30pm one of the days, which is annoying. The hotel staff is very nice. "Friendly and helpful staff & Clean room I didn’t find a hair dryer in my room, that’s the only constructive feedback from my side … Everything else was awesome!"

"Rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, I loved the roof top bar, the food was really good and the views were amazing. I love that it was a 5 min walk to Volcano Bay. Their pool was nice, I loved that they had a Starbucks and a food court, and a section where they make pizza from scratch. I would stay here again."
