"Our biggest takeaway from our stay was how much we liked the staff. We had great help from the desk staff, the valets and the maids. We had breakfast in the Palm Room and our waiter Harris did an excellent job. He has very good customer service skills. I would highly recommend this Hotel."

"Location was great, staff were very friendly and assisted you with anything. I didn’t like the main option for parking was valet, $39 night or you could park a couple blocks away at the Greyhound Center which was a good walk. Overall a great trip, walking distance to the Strip Area and stadiums. Did get a little sketch at nights, but what downtown area isn’t. "

"Excellent hotel and casino, unfortunately very poor food quality, did not try Martoranos because was closed but Whellhouse , Mian and breakfast are awful don t try the other one because the poor experience in the other ones"
