"Plan on a $100 a night deposit. $100 parking. All things that aren't clear when you book this hotel. I was gouged for a $700 unexpected deposit for 6 nights. I had booked a room that was supposed to include the parking but nope had to pay the $100 a day for that too. Be prepared to automatically lose $1000 before you even walk into your room."

"Die Lage ist absolut Top. Man ist in 5min zu the Bean gelaufen, es gibt wahnsinnig viele Essens und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten, was sehr geräumig war. Auch das Bad war sehr groß. Die Subway zum Flughafen ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und in 10 Minuten ist man am Chicago River. Insgesamt war es im Hotel sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind jetzt nicht Top modern, aber man verbringt sowieso nur die Nacht dort. Wir würden wieder her kommen."

"Staff was amazing, we had a single king bed corner suite with a separate room that has a pull out bed from the couch. It was a perfect setup for us because the kids had their own little room with their own tv and everything. The pullout couch bed was very uncomfortable, but we kinda figured it wouldn't be the best in the first place so that was alright. The king bed was pretty good, no complaints there... What we disliked was that the room was not properly cleaned before us. They didn't vacuum,...
