"It is a beautiful B&B, the owners are very nice, helpful, friendly, attentive and informative. It has a beautiful garden in the back and front. It's a short walk to the shops and beach if you want to go for a bit of exercise. The kitchen is well stocked and all thought out. It's a great place to stay and Apollo Bay is a beautiful place too."

"We booked the Queen share room and as soon as we got there and called the staff about checking in, it wasnt looking good because our room didnt have the partial ocean view OR the private bathroom that was advertised and that we paid for. We opted to pay and additional $10 p/night for the other queen share room with these features, though with that were concerns over cleanliness as a toothpick was left on the nightstand. "Found this place looking for a pet friendly stay as had to travel to Geelong for a pets surgery.
Arrived to a wonderful looking stay with a pub immediately next door which was fantastic.
The room I booked was not the room provided.
It appeared online as an upgrade - possibly due to bed size.
However there was no kitchenette. This was an issue for me as I had to prepare some food to help with the pet taking his meds.
The communal area had a oven and cooktop and dishwasher.
To cookware and no...

"I needed a cheap room to stay overnight. It was perfect for my needs. If I was looking to stay longer I would most likely looked for somewhere more suitable. It was perfect for my overnight stop. Its a shared bathroom, toilet etc. Your just renting a small room with a tv, and a kettle."

"An amazing B&B experience in the town on Portland, the property is as advertised, vintage yet maintained perfectly.
Feels like 5 stars is not enough to rate this place."
