"This hotel is the best choice for flexible payment options and has the cheapest incidental rate I've come across. The staff are all extremely helpful and the placement of the hotel is perfect. It's a very short walk to a bus that will take you to both malls if you don't want to drive and another short walk to restaurants and shops galore. The staff are amazing and, while the price of the valet parking is a little expensive, it's worth the money to know that your vehicle is being well looked after and safe. It's absolutely beautiful inside and the outside is amazing. The care they took while restoring it and the history behind the building are both things that make me happy to see. I will absolutely be staying there every time we come to London."

"Rooms was nice and clean and Air conditioner was working perfect, Staff were very kind and friendly, Breakfast was quite enough for a 3 star hotel. The reasons I didn't give a complete five star were as below: 1- The hotel was on the renovation, and on the nearby floors, the sound of destruction was unbearable (9 am - 6pm) 2- A large number of homeless people and drug addicts were seen around the hotel building. It is worth noting that after I complained about the loud noise from the renovation work, I was immediately provided with a larger room on a floor further away from the construction area—a gesture that was truly generous and commendable."
