"Staff was excellent! The food and "room" were excellent. Location to Bryce and Kodachrome canyon were great. Heat and AC were a bit awkward to figure out....but once we understood them, they worked great. Sky view at night was outstanding. It was difficult to determine which wall switches controlled the lights/fan/etc. Considering the size of the room, figuring out light switches should be easy. (never found the switch that controlled the light in the ceiling above the bathroom that was lighting our ceiling). Our wall outlets and WIFI didn't work when we checked in, but issues was addressed quickly! Thank you. Food prices and Wine/Beer prices were reasonable. Meals a service were great. The cocktail prices were steep and the amount of liquor in drink was not worth the price. We realize Utah controls the alcohol amount per drink, but the price was not in line with the drink volume. ($20 for about 1/4' of bourbon/vermouth in a Manhattan....and that includes the big cube...was not even a shot of combined liquid.) We would definitely stay here again."

"Pleasant stay. Clean, comfortable, the breakfast was nice. The gym needs a little work, but usable. Amenities were plenty. Price was fine. I will stay there in the future."

"The staff was friendly, doing their best with upgrades and construction. The cabinet upgrades and color schemes were nice. Electrical upgrades for phone chargers were a great improvement. I had two rooms. One of the rooms had a faulty heater that poured out cold air...the lamp nearest the hvac unit did not work. The soap dispenser in the bathrooms are too low and need to be brought up to near eye level! The mattress pads on the beds were horrible and need to be updated!"

"This place is great. The local is amazing - short walk to national park entrance so no need for two shuttle rides if you can make the 6 minute walk into park for Zion shuttle. You look outside and see the mountains. Both check in and out were extremely easy - answered all questions and gave suggestions. Very clean property. "

"The hotel markets these rooms as “deluxe spacious suites” for around $600 a night, but that couldn’t be further from the reality. What you actually get is a cramped space—likely under 300 square feet—with an excessive amount of furniture squeezed in to justify claiming it accommodates more guests. The layout feels cluttered and uncomfortable, not luxurious. To make matters worse, what’s advertised as a “patio” is essentially just a front walkway, offering no real privacy or usable outdoor space. Overall, the experience feels misleading and overpriced for what’s provided. Definitely not worth the premium price."
