"Excellent hotel, bed, linens, and towels. Just a 5 min drive to Zion National Park or you can catch the bus into the park just out front. Upon check in they had the cutest red radio flyer wagon filled with complimentary gifts such as yo-yos, coloring books, etc for the kids to select one (which was nice as I checked in) My only ding in ratings was that the back building has two floors and no operational elevator. Upon arriving at 9pm with two little kids and my husband who cannot lift anything post eye surgery, it was a PIA to lift all luggage and cooler up the stairs and again the next morning at the crack of dawn. Wish they would have put us on the bottom floor or let me know in advance or offered assistance with baggage. It was too far and too late in the evening after a long road trip to go back to the front desk and ask with my small kids. Breakfast bar was excellent: soft tortillas, boiled eggs, bagels, waffles, fresh fruit, and strong coffee. Thanks for a lovely stay, minus no elevator. I asked upon check out and they said they are working to install one."
