"Nathan helped us checking in and we got Rm. 406. The room was beautiful but the balcony door did not lock; called Front Desk and Johnny arranged us to another room immediately; loved their customer service and hotel location :)"

"Hotel was convenient and amenities were great. Loved the hot tub, pool, basketball courts and mini golf. Cleanliness was decent with the exception a few long hairs every now and then and some buildup around pipes of toilet. Beds and floors were great though, would stay again for an overnight trip."

"Thee staff at check-in was nice and handled check-in promptly. The staff at the morning breakfast was nice. The food at the breakfast was average for that type of breakfast. There was bacon and sausages provided on different morning which is good but the meat was not cooked enough in my opinion. The bathroom was two different sliders on the outside of the bathroom wall. They were supposed to meet and then could be latched. Except the doors kept coming off their bottom track and it was extremely hard to get them latched together. I feel that door set-up is a joke and whoever made the decision to do that should be looking for a new job. I don't know why so many motels, including this one, fail to put a comfortable chair in the room. I am not sure why they continue to put in chairs that make the back and rear-end hurt. Most of the time there are two occupants in a motel room so each room could use two good chairs."

"Rhiannon at the front desk was personable, polite and made my check in effortlessly comfortable. She identified my access to amenities information and regularly asked about my stay and satisfaction. Housekeeping staff made me feel welcome and were excellent at providing me anything needed for my stay as well. Beautiful location and nice local attractions, well appointed and maintained property. A great value outside of ski season allowing me the opportunity to extend my stay. Five stars!!"
