"The room was extremely clean and well maintained. Loved that each room has its own garage to pull into. Between the amazing bed and jacuzzi tub, this was one of the most relaxing rooms we have stayed in. There is also a large walk in shower in the room. The staff is super helpful and friendly. We will definitely make the drive to come in the future. The only possible improvements I suggest would be flavored creamers for coffee in the morning and maybe fresh fruit in the basket you get for...

"Pillows were very lumpy; bath towels were very thin; toilet paper was like paper towels, the shower gel in the shower was empty .
Breakfast was not great - yogurt came from a machine , all the yogurt toppings were empty, there was no coffee where the cups were so you had to go to another area.
We stay in many hotels in BG due to having kids who are students at BGSU; by far this was the most expensive and the one that we liked least .
We would not stay again "

"The hotel is beautiful! Quiet and well maintained. The staff is AMAZING! Friendly and super helpful. We loved our stay so much we extended our stay an extra day to relax by the pool.
I’m sorry to say that the breakfast is not very good at all. But that is the ONLY improvement. Everything else is spot on."

"The property was well maintained. The property was, geographically, well located. However, there were no pool towels on a consistent basis over the course of my stay. There was a 60 to 90 minute wait time to eat at the lodge's restaurant due to, according to the front desk personnel, lack of "servers". There was a LOT of loud and obnoxious teenagers running amuck, talking in loud, outside voices, slamming doors, etc. 'til late hours. It was just a bad stay."
