"We enjoyed five night at this well situated hotel, right on the main square and within easy walking distance to the beaches and nightlife. Also within walking distance to the train station and main bus stop. Rooms come in very different sizes. Our double room was clean and comfortable with a very good mattress. "Nous étions une famille de deux adultes et deux enfants, dont un en bas âge. Nous avions réservé une chambre quadruple six mois à l’avance, mais à notre arrivée on nous a installés dans une chambre triple avec une forte odeur de moisissure. Après réclamation, nous avons été déplacés dans une chambre plus correcte, même si la douche était cassée. Pour un hôtel qui se revendique quatre étoiles, ce genre de désagrément est inadmissible. "Clean rooms and common spaces. Plenty of parking and walking distance to centre of town. Very friendly staff, especially the breakfast crew, as they were able to accommodate us with having breakfast ready for our early morning excursions."

We chose to stay here because we thought it would be quiet. Unfortunately, at around 6:30am some guests were walking around and speaking loudly as if they were in their own home. There was also construction going on directly outside our window at 7am. We would give it another try if we were in Catanzaro again."

"Beautiful apartment type hotel in a lovely 100 years old building. The location was central to everything in the historic district. The apartment was spotless. Salvatore was fantastic in keeping in communication with us. Any time we had a question, he answered our texts within minutes. "

"We had a very good stay. We reserved a room for persons with disabilities, it was rather tight although very clean and suitable to our needs. However, we strongly suggest adding a curtain/barrier to the shower, a water spill in the bathroom poses a slippery/accident risk for people in a wheelchair and their helpers. If you bring a car be aware that parking could be difficult, we were fortunate to find a spot reserved for hotel guests across the street. Breakfast was good and being close to local...
