"So to start off the lady who checked me in was not very friendly. Didn’t say much she ask for my id and card didn’t tell me how much the deposit was going to be so I had to ask. Didn’t tell us what time breakfast hours were. She never smiled. So check in needs some work. Second thing was the back outside door that you were supposed to have a key to open was broken. What do you mean broken. I mean like all you had to do was pull the door to open without the key. It was me and my daughter...
