"Pros: - Excellent size & layout. - Very pretty decor. - Good size balcony overlooking the marina while watching playful dolphins and manatees. - Awesome pool area well cared for with balanced, clear water. - Dolphin Tiki Hut grill & bar was fabulous...Reasonable prices with friendly wait-staff. - We will stay again, for sure. Cons: - No staff on-site. - Verification to check in needs to be done online which was a bit difficult. Called for help/guidance which was a call center...

"Cute place. One stain on the couch they should probably try to remove but otherwise nice, clean, and good A/C. Easy walk to the beach even if it is hot out. Loved the binder telling you where to go and all the details. The beach chairs in the shed are a very nice touch. I would have liked more clarity on where to park or if it matters to anyone. The app that takes your driver license was clunky and wouldn't let me take a Pic to upload. Instead you have to take and save a pic then upload that...

"Awesome location. Property was easy to find. Unit was clean and well designed. Tyler and Abby helped with my check-in. Although there was a glitch in communication through chat with WiFi, Tyler came through. The bed in the master was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Air conditioning worked really well. Towels and linen smelled fresh. Kitchen was stocked. The beach is right across the street. Looking forward to coming back soon."

"This place was great, super clean, great location, very short walk right to the beach on the property plus two different outdoor showers. The cottage itself was great, great ocean view, very modern, enough space for my family of 4. Everything worked as it should have. I would definitely recommend staying here. "This place is awesome! It's clean and very comfortable. It's just like being at home, there was plenty of room and it has everything you need. The beach is just a short walk and beach access was very easy. The staff is exceptionally nice and very polite. We had an issue upon check-in and the maintenence man took care of it right away! We will definitely stay here again!"

"You have to enter a gate and find the office and call the property manager to be let into your room. Once we figured that out, the stay was amazing. The property manager was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The beach, great bars and restaurants are all a short walk away. The room was clean and comfortable, and the property was very peaceful."
