The hosts were excellent, going above and beyond - i needed to check-in early as well as a late check-out and when it looked like my taxi wasn’t going to show up they even got me over to the Spirit of Tasmania. I’m not fond of travelling solo, so being looked after by such kind, caring people is a real pleasure. "

Not only the rooms are so pristinely clean that it would satisfy the most hardcore germaphobe, but the staff are unbelievably kind and compassionate.
