Breakfast service was especially frustrating — although the restaurant opens at 8:30 AM, food service did not actually begin until around 9:20 AM, which is far too late for guests with morning plans."

I booked the room through Expedia, and when I called in for a few questions and spoke with the Inn Keeper/Manager he told me that because I booked through Expedia, that that was on me. Our room was much smaller that the pictures reflected, but I get it. The room and most importantly, the bathroom was unacceptable. So small that you could not even turn around in the shower. "We loved the 2nd floor veranda, as there was always a nice breeze even though the temperature was very hot. The noise level from the street is a lot to get used to but the home was beautifully appointed and very clean. Breakfast was enjoyable. The location worked well for St. Augustine as most things were only a short walk to get to."
