Not only did we have to wait in the lobby, the room wasn't ready at 4pm. How do you charge over 500 a night and you are not even ready by 4pm? No breakfast included in the 500 a night. Unreal. This is the tri-cities! "

"This is a long stay hotel. Every evening you will smell all types of food cooking in each room as you walk by. There is no real ventilation so it is nauseating. The rooms are bare bones but clean. The exercise room is pathetic. The advertised coffee machine was broken If you are only staying a few days may be better skip it and go to a regular hotel."
