"Excellent location near Times Square and Broadway theaters, restaurants, etc. Room was small overall, but clean and comfortable."

"There was only one elevator working for our floors. Huge lines and long waits. We ended up taking the stairs most of the time. We were on the 26th floor. I had my handicap parents with us so we had a van. The parking was 110$ every time you got your car out and brought back. It was horrible and this is not told to you on the website."

"I love the breakfast. The kitchen staff, housekeeping, hostesses, elevator operators & all rooftop lounge staff were lovely; however, the check-in clerk wasn't kind, she wasn't welcoming. She didn't provide ANY information. The only information received was on-line. I had to learn about the nature of the hotel from everyone else. It would have been a nice gesture if she was informative, but maybe she was having a bad day. The room was tight and way too warm the thermostat was set at between 68-72 degrees Fereinheit period. I would return to this hotel: great location, breakfast, and rooftop lounge all pluses. Times Square is literally right there walking distance in a few minutes. Overall exp. was good! Thank you!"

"Staff are very friendly. It is an old building - the elevators are slow. There’s no fridge or coffee in the rooms, that would have been a nice thing to have. The beds were ok, not the best but certainly not the worst. I would consider staying here again. "
