We always enjoy staying at the Allegheny Inn. The location is perfect for sightseeing. There are several restaurants while enjoy in town, one of which is located in the parking lot which is perfect for breakfast. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. You won't regret staying with the folks at the Allegheny Inn.

Would definitely stay here again when in the area!

Would certainly recommend this roadside inn to anyone traveling to the area! Room spacious, excellent quality bed and bath linens. Only negative was the noisy air conditioner. Were unable to sleep due to noise, so turned it off and became hot during night making sleep difficult.

Alleghany Inn is right in town, with easy access to many things (food, shopping, government facilities). While a little dated, my room was nicely appointed with many fluffy towels, a big easy chair, and a comfortable bed. Both front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There was a breakfast/pizza restaurant right next door that had great food. I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return.
