Land-lady was nice and friendly upon welcome to home and at breakfast. The room was clean if a little unimpressive. Lack of amenities such as tea/coffee/shower gel in the room, in no way a deal breaker just not super homey. Also the free wifi did not make it to our room.

Diane was a lovely host who made my wife and I feel incredibly welcome during our stay. The b&b is right in the centre of Spean Bridge and has good on-site parking. Our room was clean and spacious. We were made really nice breakfast each morning and Diane was always more than happy to give us advice places to visit. Overall a brilliant experience and would definitely stay again if we visited the area. Highly recommended!

Didn't stay

We arrived and we taken up to our room, £92 with 30% discount and I couldn't believe what I was seeing. No sitting area, no kitchenette, no coffee machine, all as described on my confirmation email. There was only enough room to walk around the bed and certainly nothing to sit on. We unpacked and went for a meal in a restaurant booked by the host and after seeing the facilities in a room there we moved. So didn't spend the night there.

Friendly hosts, clean rooms, great breakfast

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Made us feel at home with customized breakfast options and allowing us to play with their dogs. The property is very clean and in a quaint village. I would highly recommend staying here to experience the true Scottish hospitality.

Best hotel in Scotland! Parking was easy, rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable, breakfast was homemade and delicious! They go over the top to ensure your comfort, even down to the little details (e.g., information about surrounding cafes and doctor/dentist phone numbers). Would highly recommend this hotel if your in the area.

Excellent experience

My wife and I stayed for two nights at the Inverour Guest House. Right from the start when we met Eddie to check in, to when Micheal came back from walking 'the kids', we had a wonderful time. They both have a great sense of humour and it was a pleasure talking with them. When Micheal found out we had not made any reservations for supper, he called a friend who owns the Old Station Restaurant and they fit us in. The room was very comfortable with a new on suite. Our breakfasts were cooked by Micheal and were delicious including the white pudding he cooked for me even though it was not on the menu. I highly recommend staying here...

Outstanding service, good location

Stayed 2 nights & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Eddie & Michael were tremendous hosts, warm & inviting, gave us a surprise upgrade, wonderful breakfasts, lots of parking & good advice on where to go, even arranging dinner reservations both nights at a busy time. Inverour is in the smaller community of Spean Bridge but still offers good places to eat & easy driving to any sites. This B & B is a home away from home & will not disappoint.

This place does more for you than expected, is very clean, has some lovely touches, comfortable, breakfast cooked really well, even the toilet paper was double quilted, and everything worked

Cozy place, very nice hosts: friendly and attentive. But if you are not the chatty type maybe this is not for you. The breakfast was really good and they also recommended a restaurant near by where you can eat very well.

Nicest hosts ever!!

The new owners Michael and Eddie were absolutely wonderful, they couldn’t have been any more accommodating if they tried!! Breakfast was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The bed was also the comfiest bed I’ve stayed in at a hotel before, had a brilliant sleep! Will 100% be returning and will be recommending as well! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
