"Hotel was clean, quiet and staff were great. A little far from old Heidelberg but a 9 stop ride on Tram 26 makes it easy to get back and forth in less than 15mins. Travelling with a family of four and our room had two large single bunk beds for the kids and one queen for the parents. The price of our room was super cheap for two nights. Had breakfast on the second day it is was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for a family. "

"Luxurious and delightful property by the river, just across the bridge from old Heidelberg. We loved the beautiful decor, the robes and slippers, comfy bed, cozy sitting area, and plenty of books to read! The breakfast was next level- everything you could want after a morning hike up the schlangenweg or up to the Schloss. Or both. I recommend you do both, one at sunset and one at sunrise 🌄🌅 the TV didn't work so well, but ee didn't care because Heidelberg is entertaining enough!"

"Sehr zu empfehlen! Ausreichend Parkplätze, freundliches Personal, rustikale, saubere Zimmer mit gemütlichen Bett und ein üppiges Frühstück mit leckerem Kaffee! Tolles Preis Leistungs Verhältnis!!! Wir waren bis 0 Uhr in der Therme (6 Minuten Fahrt) und konnten problemlos mit dem Schlüssel wieder ins Hotel. Wir kommen wieder :)) Gruß aus dem Saarland "

"From the moment we arrived at Staycity Apart, the staff were welcoming, helpful, organised and supportive. We arrived earlier than scheduled and they moved us into a double room which was prepared, so thank you for being supportive. The room, had everything you need, inclusive of a small kitchen, it was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bus/ tram connection was conveniently located outside the hotel, and the connections to the Altstadt, were quick and efficient."

"Alles sehr modern und sauber. Super leckeres Frühstück. Personal überall sehr nett. Parken mit 17 Euro etwas teuer. Einzig störend war, dass am Abreisetag bereits um 8.30 Uhr und nochmal um 9 Uhr der Roomservice das Zimmer betrat und putzen wollte. "
