"The minute you walk into the reception area you are greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. The property itself is gorgeous and newly remodeled and restored. Every detail is gorgeous! "Very nice hotel on the Lago Maggiore in Verbania! Staff was super kind to find the right room for my mother that is 82 and has mobility issues ! The area is very nice calm with many restaurants and cafe around . Great location of the hotel and from there you can also take the little ferries to visit all the Lake’s Town and little islands !"

"Tolle Lage oben auf dem Berg mit guter Bar und Restaurant. Das Frühstück ist typisch italienisch. Das Zimmer war zwar nicht sehr modern, aber ausreichend groß. Der Balkon war sehr groß mit dem tollen Blick. Nach unserem Aufenthalt mussten wir leider 2 Stunden auf die Abfahrt mit der Seilbahn warten wegen einem technischen Defekt. Hier hätte ich als Entschädigung für das lange Warten eine Aufmerksamkeit vom Hotel erwartet."

"We spent 5 wonderful days in May at the Belvedere. The rooms have an incredible lake view and are just lovely. The breakfast, included, has a generous selection. We dined 3 nights at the hotel restaurant which is absolutely elegant and offers delicious food. The staff was helpful and very courteous. The island is very small and everything is “right there”. Definitely a place we will remember and go back to!"

"Super dejligt hotel. Spiste i restauranten den første aften, men alt virkede kaotisk. Måtte vente 40 min på en drink og bestilling af mad. Derefter gik det bedre. Om personalet ikke forstod engelsk ved vi ikke, men det virkede ikke sådan. Maden var dog rigtig dejlig. Manglende øjenkontakt fra restaurationspersonalet, virkede nærmest ligglade. Ikke umiddelbart anbefalesværdig at spise der. Der blev spillet irriterende musik i haven fra tidlig morgen til sen aften."
