"Overall the property was alright. The Expedia rating wasn’t super helpful. Location isn’t the best. The industrial part isn’t something I’d recommend. Lots of parking which is nice though. The room was really clean which was amazing but the halls and elevators weren’t the cleanest. It was super packed the weekend we were there and felt like we were intruding on some type of event or family reunion. It felt like we shouldn’t be there which I would have appreciated if that had been clarified that...

"We were placed in room 511 which is right under the gym so we were forced to listen to people pounding on the treadmill very early or very late in the day for our 8 day stay. This is not a thoughtful choice by the hotel for an 8 day stay."

"The room was clean. The bed was quite soft, to the point it was a bit uncomfortable and pillows were flat. The patio we had in a newly renovated room was incomplete and looked through a chain link fence to a parking lot. Not the hotel’s fault but the people above us were quite loud walking and banging around (maybe their balcony door?) through the night. Sounded like a WWE match and woke us a few times in the night. Staff were pleasant, room was clean and functional. Good for what we needed it...

"Breakfast was the highlight of our stay. Staff and security were always friendly and helpful. We stayed in the motel portion of this hotel as we needed 2 beds. ( there are 2 posted guards on the second floor at all times)We stayed in room 44 which is on the 2nd floor accessed through the side door with key card. The stairs are dirty. The hallway and the room when you enter is pungent. The smell is awful I am assuming from the carpet. We kept the balcony door opened as much as possible....

"We decided not to stay after arriving because I was traveling with my daughters and wasn’t comfortable with the environment around the property. There were several people gathered around the bus stop in front of the hotel, and there was noticeable activity outside that made me feel this wasn’t the right fit for my family. The staff were courteous and professional, and my decision was based on my family’s comfort level rather than the service we received."
