"We stayed for two nights. The fire alarm went off in the middle of our first night & again early morning of our second. We saw workers come to fix it. These things happen & are no fault of the staff. It would not stop us from staying here again which we definitely would do. Our only minor complaint was that the 2nd floor breakfast room was stifling hot. Other than that we had a great stay & will return."

"Honestly, this place should close for renovations. It's a mess. • 1 working elevator for a 12-floor hotel. The elevator is used by staff (and their equipment) and guests. Elevator wait times were 10+ minutes. Watched a delivery guy? guest? employee? get on the elevator with a large e-bike. Plus side - the guests developed a friends-in-the-foxhole-like camaraderie while dealing with the elevator • The parking lot is unusable for the disabled, or anyone who might have rolling luggage. • Truly -...

"This is a quiet, no frills place. It’s hard to find a reasonably priced motel in the Berkshires in-season and this is it. Fancy it is not. Stylish, also no. But it was clean and the mattresses were comfortable."

"We enjoyed our visit to the Inn. It was close to all the events, Tanglewood, and destinations, hiking and waterfall, we wanted to explore."
