The staff ensured us they had shared the issue with management, although no one resolved the problem. We were told two rooms lacked hot water and one was ours. I’m rating the hotel a four as it was a great location for day trips to the islands and other than the lack of hot water quite lovely. Complimentary breakfast was just okay. "The first night we were there, our air conditioning didn’t work. They let us use a different room and had the air conditioner replaced in our room the next day. They were very accommodating! The staff were amazingly helpful!"

"This is definitely not a 4 star hotel! The outside looks terrible, so old, paint is peeling off, looks unattractive and unattended. The hotel is called Cormoran or something like that, it was hard to locate, we had to go in and ask at the front desk. "Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication. It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."
