"Unsere Zimmer im EG entsprach nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Die Eingangstür schließt nicht richtig. Ein Spalt zwischen Zarge und Türblatt vorhanden. Im Zimmer findet man beschädigte Tapeten und verschmutzte Wände. Im Bad blickt man auf eine Bohrung in den Wandfliesen und auf beschädigte Tür. Die Duschtür erfüllt zwar ihre Funktion, ist aber in die Jahre gekommen und an mehreren Stellen verrostet. Positiv ist zu erwähnen, dass nach einer Reklamation, umgehend der Schaden behoben wurde. "Ci è stata assegnata una camera al terzo piano, quindi non ristrutturata (mi pare ce ne siano altre invece ristrutturate), quindi sembra di trovarsi in una stanza anni 80, con mobili e bagno datati. Tuttavia mi sento di dare una buona valutazione in primis perchè la stanza era pulita, il letto comodo, ho dormito bene. Il personale inoltre è cordiale e disponibile.
