"The hotel is a bit of distance from downtown Galway. The hotel itself, fantastic!! Breakfast buffet is highly recommended, many options, hot & always replenishing. The gym was dynamite, multiple floors with new & old gym equipment. The Courtyard restaurant had great offerings & very delicious. Mollie, was unbelievably helpful, a pure delight to deal with. She made our stay much better & always there to help out."

"The hotel and decor were beautiful and thoughtful but 5 stars is a stretch.
Check-in was over an hour and 20 minutes late. They did not call or email when the room was ready so we had to check with the reception and the room was ready—for how long? Who knows. After a day of travel and commute, checking in after 5pm is absurd.
The guest relations manager was helpful and attentive. This is the only reception that was outwardly helpful.
The spa and staff were lovely but the steam room and...

"Wonderful hotel right in the heart of everything. Amazing room. Top notch room staff. Restaurant outlets were underwhelming which was a disappointment. While beautiful the staff we encountered during our stay was either untrained or a bit over their head."

"The stuff at the front desk were super helpful. They taxi for my husband and I when asked.
Their restaurant serves clean and delicious food. We ate there 3 nights on a roll because we like their food better than eating outside. The waiters stuff always smile, are kind, and bring the food right away when I request it. Thanks for putting up with me I know I’m a picky eater due to a sensitive stomach."
